Sean is a project manager and commercial manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering FRP scopes of work for bridges over road, rail, and water; and other major concrete constructions on infrastructure development projects in Western Australia, NSW and Queensland.

As a director of O’Brien Civil, Sean also holds responsibility for the strategic direction of the company, and ultimately the timely and cost-effective delivery of all O’Brien Civil projects.

Pete has more than 15 years’ experience in operational and leadership positions within the civil infrastructure industry in Australia and Ireland. This includes extensive hands-on site team supervision, and an in-depth knowledge of drainage, structures and earthworks contract deliveries for resources, government and private sector clients.

As Head of Operations for O’Brien Civil, Pete has been responsible for the successful and timely completion of all O’Brien Civil projects. This has resulted in a solid reputation for delivering results, leading to the sustained growth of the company since it was formed in 2017.

Damian is a project manager with more than 15 years’ experience in the resources, highways, rail, marine, defence and civil remediation sectors in Australia, Ireland & the UK.

As General Manager for O’Brien Civil, Damian is responsible for overseeing the management and direction of O’Brien Civil projects, the company’s growth strategy, business development, and financial planning.

Damian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Master of Science in Concrete Engineering & Environmental Management.

Muhammad is an experienced Project Controls Manager with a strong background in delivering complex infrastructure projects across Pakistan and Australia. With seven years of industry expertise, including leadership roles on major road and bridge projects, Muhammad now oversees project planning, scheduling, and cost management at O’Brien Civil. His dedication to precision and efficiency ensures the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards.

Rob is a seasoned HSEQ manager with over two decades of experience in health, safety, environment, and quality management across the construction, mining, and major haulage and transportation industries in Western Australia.

Rob oversees all HSEQ functions for O’Brien Civil and leading a team of HSEQ advisors, is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards for O’Brien Civil’s accredited management system.

Cliona is a qualified CPA and financial management and commerce professional, with more than 12 years’ experience in accounts, auditing and resources management.

As Financial Controller for O’Brien Civil, Cliona’s role includes implementing and overseeing the enterprise resources planning system, including maintaining financial controls and reporting, and maintaining statutory compliance for the company.

Cliona also holds responsibility for supervising and training the accounting team.
